Free up your Brain?

To make room available for creative thoughts…Consistently remembering tasks, appointments and responsibilities can be overwhelming and fatiguing as well.

Writing down all the things that need to be done or made can have a immense “freeing” effect on your brain and energy too.

“A short pencil is better than a long memory”…We all know this, but sometimes when we are too busy to write things down is when we need to do it the most.

A diet high in…

Simple carbohydrates, can actually make us more hungry.
Carbohydrates break down into either glucose which can be used for energy or fuel for the body, or glycogen which can be stored by the body, as a reserve to be used later when the body demands it.
And simple carbohydrates are the ones that are usually processed or refined, which is the reason they break down into glucose so fast – making us more hungry – more quickly.
A better bet is to consume more complex carbohydrates, which are the carbohydrates, starches and sugars found in their natural form, like in fruits and vegetables, where it takes much longer to break down – thus making us less hungry – less quickly.
And complex carbohydrates are healthier for us and they don’t spike the insulin response as much as simple carbohydrates.

How to put more Stress into Your Life:

1. BE IMPATIENT – Remember, nothing goes as quickly as you would like it to, but it should… so whenever possible, be impatient and irritated about what’s going on.

2. WORRY MORE – When things go smoothly, understand, it’s just a “fluke” because things always spiral out of control, and that’s what you need to worry about.

3. ONLY YOU KNOW THE RIGHT WAY – Others have no idea what they are doing and it’s up to you to tell them so and while you’re at it, you should also show them their faults.

4. BE ANGRY – Why not…the whole world is inept, except you, so what’s there to be happy about. It’s much better to be angry before things happen than after the fact. Also, while angry, shouting works the best.

So if things are going a little too smoothly, you can use the above 4 “keys” to put more stress in your life, and I guarantee that they work

What’s the “Pebble in your Shoe”?

In our life’s journey, it’s not all roses…there are some twists and turns, ups and downs and even an occasional bloody lip.

And on the way, we sometimes pick up unwanted stuff whether we allowed it or it just hopped on board uninvited.

We have enough to deal with in life, and don’t need a “pebble in our shoe” that irritates or distracts us along the way causing us to lose focus on what’s really  important.

So please take the time to slow down a bit – find the “pebble” and kindly remove it – you’ll probably have no problem finding what it is.

“Live Foods”

“Live” foods are simply foods that “grow”.

When we look at our eating habits in an evolutionary manner, we have come from eating “live” foods in the not to distant past to eating foods that are manufactured or processed which has stripped and altered the
food from it’s original state, not to mention foods that have their ingredients derived from a laboratory.

“Live” foods have a much higher vibration to them and is more in harmony with our vibration as living beings, which helps us stay healthy more than that of the foods that aren’t “live”.

Also when you cut live foods with a knife, the knife can be cleaned by running it through cold water…and that’s the way “live” foods go through your body…Clean.

When we do…

Things that are bad – people gossip.

When we do things that are so so – no one notices.

When we do things that are good – people notice.

When we do things that are great – there is word of mouth.

When we are the “best in show” – people brag, and want to be a part of us.
