Miserable thoughts seek out miserable things and situations, to satisfy and confirm those very thoughts.
Your brain’s ego is kind of like “a know it all”…you know the deal, it’s your thoughts combined with your ego that says stuff like “Things are like this and that, and then looks around and searches for things that support it, so it can say “See, I told you so”.
Therefore, it’s pretty simple how to see what you want to see – just think good things – to position your brain in a positive direction…your thoughts coupled with your ego will do the rest.
