The “ripple effect” is a term used in Sociology, and can be observed how social interactions can affect situations not directly related to the initial interaction.
The “ripple effect” is basically the spread of behavior within a group.
Whether the behavior is positive, negative, loud or quite…the behavior spreads throughout the rest of the group.
So in understanding this concept, we can also understand that maintaining a Great Culture must not rely on the group as a whole, but the individuals and their positive and caring behavior which causes the “ripple effect” to result in the Great Culture.
