What happened?

I was “Fresh” this morning?

Yes, straight out of bed and into the shower, clean clothes and your battery fully charged to meet the day with considerable relish!

Then as the day goes on, things start to drag a bit, and at bedtime, you are fully shot?

Just the way things go. It would be better if we could run full speed all day long and feel as fresh at bedtime as we did when we walked out the door in the morning.

Well, we can take steps to combat this challenge.

Maybe take short rests during the day to keep the batteries charged, or eating better – not to put an excess load on our body or digestive system, or taking exercise breaks to rev us up.

It is what it is, but we can also help to make it what it isn’t.
