Disturb us, let’s not kid ourselves.
And they usually do so, when we allow our thoughts to become a tad less than positive…when confronted with challenges in our lives.
But things happen, that’s life…
So when things do disturb us, we can:
1. Get more positive and get past it.
2. Spin it and Win it – into a Positive, a Lesson or an Opportunity.
3. Or put it in out “No Drama Box”.
Whatever we choose to do, the main point is that we “get over it”, and go about our business.
