Start with “ONE POSITVE THING”?

Sometimes it’s hard to begin a positive change or turn your life around for the better.

But in coaching, I have found that just doing ONE POSITIVE THING, at the start of your day, can start the ball rolling in the right direction.

Doing ONE POSITIVE THING daily will help you reinforce your thoughts and emotions, resulting in you feeling better about yourself. It is your self esteem that gets lifted by the positive act, as you feel good about yourself doing that ONE POSITIVE THING.

It could be just doing a couple of sit ups in the morning or eating something fresh and good for you that can make you feel like you accomplished something good for the rest of the day, because after all, you did!!!
Feel free to choose anything, I mean anything, that is better than you are doing presently and don’t make it too difficult. Start small to allow it to fit in your schedule and the positive feedback will allow it to grow over time. Make sure you have fun with it!!
