Things you like about yourself, and be thankful that you have them, because before too long, what you once liked, will be gone.
Many people try to hold onto things that go away, and become attached to loss.
Your perfect physique and good looks? – Over time, gravity beats out exercise, and things lose form. Maybe switch to liking wrinkles, uh – character lines, and be excited to wear glasses and love the teeth you still have.
Your enthusiasm and endurance? Maybe start being thankful for being able to take your time doing things and for the patience you have acquired along the way.
Just keep picking out new things and you won’t have the time to think about the things that have slipped away.
