Yeah sometimes it just happens…sometimes you just got to, it’s just a part of balancing out.
You can just feel sorry for yourself, think of how bad things are, and how your life is a total mess and when you have had enough, whether it be an hour, day or week you can use your pity party as a motivator for thinking about turning things around.
BTW – When you’re in a funk, just make sure you don’t pull anybody in there with you:)
