Happiness

Happiness is one of the keys to Health Awareness as it can make your
life a joy to be living and there are some facts that just may surprise
you about happiness.

Research has shown that more money doesn’t necessarily help in the
happiness department. Having just enough money to afford the basics,
like food, shelter and clothing is the baseline for happiness and more
money than that has no effect in increasing happiness…and more
interestingly, the more money one has, there is a correlation that shows
increased unhappiness with increased amounts of money.

The biggest factors in Happiness are:

1. Avoiding negative events, people and emotions.
2. Having a rich social network.

Makes sense? So in being happy you may want to focus your abilities not
on money, but on the positive while developing your social network.

Money can’t buy Happiness and after all, positivity and friends are Real
Wealth.

The great part about staying positive is you attract other positive feeling/thinking people. Also, by staying positive; when a person is being negative around you your positive feeling/thinking attitude will drive them away. You always attract people based on how you feel.

Your body does not know what a good or bad feeling is. Your body only reacts to what your mind is telling it to do. If you are mad or sad your body and mind will attract things to continue that feeling.

Its easy to have a great day. Just wake up say, “Today is going to be a great day.” A few time during the day just say it and mean it. A true way to test this. The next time your day starts off as “Oh, its going to be one of those days” just stop for 2 seconds and smile. Thing of a joke that will make you laugh. You will notice at the end of the day that it turned out to be a great day.

What if my basics are Steak & Lobster with a caviar appetizer, a 7 bedroom home with indoor pool and 5 car garage and Gucci, Prada, and Louie are my basic clothing? Oh and Doc Spinners ain’t cheap especially for all 5 cars in my basic garage.

I once heard that money isn’t the root of all evil, but the lack of it is. Food for thought.

I find it easy to life Happy if you keep things in perspective. Yes gas prices increase and the average temperature increases. Well, if I’m doing the right things then my pay increases and I can afford to fill up my tank and run the A/C. By living Happy I am able to overcome obstacles that appear before me. I do my best to not go around them because I see that as missing an opportunity to learn and grow.

Remember Core Value # 5: Pursue Growth and Learning. Challenges I am faced with are simply goals that I haven’t met yet.

Being Happy is one of the easiest things in the world to do for me as I have Faith. Faith in many things, not the least of which is my beliefs, my Self and my Wife. I also have Faith that my company will do the right things to grow and exceed rather than simply sustain. I have Faith in each and every one of YOU that you’ll live life to the fullest and cherish each experience you are presented with.

Happiness is the most simple emotion — just to feel content and alive with great possibilities and yet for some, this is the hardest emotion to attain.

I think about when I was little and playing in the sand on the beach and looking for seashells was enough to make me smile. When you become an adult, sometimes it feels like your responsibilities overwhelm you. It’s hard to focus on the simple things that can make you happy.

Sometimes I have to remind myself to stop, take a breath, and see the life all around me as beautiful and complete in itself. When I do this, the bills, high gas prices, and money matters don’t seem so important. I know with determination I can overcome the obstacles. =0)

Just wanted to keep you guys posted!!!
Yesterday was three weeks of me being smoke free.
I am SO proud to say that I have not cracked, and I wanted to thank you guys for all of the support you have given me…
I already feel better, and am in high hopes of keeping this up!
Day by day I surprise myself!
I dont know if I could have done this without your support…
Even if it was just a simple ‘good job’ or ‘keep it up’, because phrases like that keep me motivated more then you know.
You have helped me add years to my life, and feel so much better about myself. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude.
I know the fight is not yet over and may not be for quite some time, BUT with the strength I discovered, and the help from all of you, I can do
    this… I can…
Once again, a BIG THANKS to all of you!
    With all my love,
    Laura Cisneros
