Rest has a purpose, the revitalize and rejuvenate.
So does exercise, it gets the body moving the way it was meant to.
Eating has a purpose, to replace the cells that need consistent replacement that involves virtually all the cells in our body.
Giving or serving others…has a powerful purpose, as we all know.
If we are purposeful with our purpose – the rest falls into place.
