Does for me, and there it is…in the middle of the night, when I wake up, and even throughout the day.
Used to bug me, as I wasn’t always in the present, which is my goal.
But what I finally realized is, that I was thinking on how to best do, what I had to do…and it was just “cooking” and the reason I hadn’t done it is because it wasn’t done “cooking”.
But when it was done…it got “plated” and put on the table with ease.
So embrace the thoughts that keep swirling in your head, it’s OK…you don’t want to “plate” it until it’s done…ever ate undercooked chicken?
