On a daily basis that is taking our time, energy or focus off what really matters?
Easy to answer, and easy to defend, but not always easy to cut down on.
I remember when I was younger and I would watch TV for around hours a day…but the strange thing about it was, the next day – I could even remember what I watched?
So I got rid of my TV and what happened? I was bored at first, but then I took care of all the things I should have taken care of while I was watching TV.
Check out the things that you do, that cut into what you should do, and if you cut them out, or at least cut them down, I bet you will feel better like I did, once you get through the transition.
