A good phrase for us to remember.
Being someone or something that we are not, takes consistent effort and can become very tiring…just because of the plain fact that we are trying to be something we are not and it’s just not natural.
But just like groups, teams or a Culture – they become self managing – because they attract folks that are the same.
So when we are being ourselves, we can trust that the people that are attracted to us, are attracted by who we are, and not who we aren’t.
