Us down, unless we let them.
Some folks don’t do, or create their best work…just because the team or the leader isn’t what they would like them to be.
And it’s a shame – because when they “stay down” simply because of others or someone else, it becomes part of the challenge and not part of the solution.
And it really doesn’t have to be that way – Would Michael Jordan not do his best if he didn’t like his team? Would Tiger woods just go through the motions if he didn’t like his coach?
Most likely – not. They play their own “game” by doing or creating their best work, because that’s who they are and they sign their name to what they do.
So we need to play our own “game” no matter who is on the team or whomever is leading – because when we deliver what we got – it makes everything better.
