Challenges from time to time.
And what has worked for me, and many that I have coached, is to put the challenges into proper perspective.
What needs to be done is to stop everything…and take some time viewing things much bigger than yourself, like the ocean, the forest, the desert or the vast night sky.
Check out what keeps going on and on, with it’s awesome greatness and then your meaningless challenge is put into perspective.
You may start feel meaningless yourself, amongst the greatness, but over time, you change your thoughts and become meaningful once again, and your challenges stay small.
