In our thoughts at night – when we are supposed to be sleeping, but aren’t?
Most of us seem to balance out when we go to bed and unwind our thoughts and take the leash off our reality.
That’s good, yet it also can be a challenge as our thoughts sometimes take liberty with reality and many times, go off in a negative direction.
Then we wake up and say to ourselves, “What was I thinking”? But the next night the same thoughts come back.
These thoughts serve no great purpose and in being negative, they simply are wasting our time when we could be thinking about the great things in our lives and let our minds wander in a more positive direction.
