And don’t even know why.
Usually when we are anxious or have anxiety in our lives, it’s because things are up in the air, out of our control or unsettled.
And what causes the emotion of anxiety is our frustration.
We have found that when we simply to write down a short list of our frustrations and some possibilities that that “may” evolve into resolution…getting us back in control, we become less anxious and feel more at ease.
There doesn’t’ even have to be action steps to feel better, just some possibilities is what gets the pendulum swinging in the other direction – and sometimes, that’s all it takes to get resolution over time.
