What we say…it is what is heard, that completes the cycle.
As “cloudy” communication results in:
“I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I’m not sure your realize that what you heard is not what I meant”.
So if we want to have the end result of what we want to communicate to be perceived as the same, clarity is paramount…otherwise confusion to both parties is the end result.
