“Let it Rip”?

Sure, like when we are going on a vacation and we know we are going to gain a few pounds, or when we just have a hankering for a big ole juicy burger with all the fixings.

We can make our preparation 1/2 the fun! Eating “lighter” with some good veggies or fruit before our “eat fest” begins can be fun, because we can think of the great time we will have “letting it rip” and it not putting a bulge in our waistline.

So for the future occasions where we don’t want to eat like a bird, we can prepare a bit before hand…to dig in, guilt free.
