Our thoughts are always free to go where ever we want them to go, and they don’t always have to be focused on our current situation.
Dreaming and thinking about the last real good laugh we had with our friends, or getting excited about our next holiday – even if we don’t have one coming up, we can just use our next day off and make it one!
Whatever challenges we face in our future can be our time to “jump off” into thinking about something really sweet.
