Sometimes the answer…

Is in the question.

This is very important when we are having a challenge and need an answer.

Most I meet with, know their challenge inside and out, but forget to put it in question form.

For instance, when we are having a challenge with fitness, instead of saying over and over, “I never loose weight, I am heavier than ever, and I always eat junk food”.

Spin it, and put it in question form, like, “What will it take for me to be at my ideal weight”, and then follow your answer.
