“I know” – but not all of them say “I do”.
Not meaning the wedding vows – but doing what they know.
We can know a lot, but if we don’t put it into practice what we know, it stays only in the what we “know” category.
In essence, I have found in coaching, many know what to do, but some, just don’t do it.
There is a time for everything, so it’s OK that we don’t put in practice everything we know, but the consistent things that we know, that we need to do, must be prioritized and put into action…it’s the only way to move ahead.
