I experimented with my eating habits in April, the month before May’s Health Awareness Month.
The experts say that 100 calories a day “extra” would pack on 10 pounds is the course of a year, so I decided to put it to the test.
I started having dessert after all my dinners…what ever was around and maybe baking and buying some great sweets to make sure there was something “around” just in case.
Well, it worked, and better than the experts say, I may add…maybe it was because I probably ate more than 100 calories “extra”? My pants got tight and I felt less energetic than normal…I was able to put on way more than 5 pounds just by having desserts!
So attempt some experiments for yourself, you will be amazed at the results you can achieve by YOUR actions.
