And we need to understand there are limitations to matter.
We are designed to heal our selves within normal limits. We need to take
care of our selves in ways that will help our bodies stay healthy.
We all know that we need to drink water for fluid, eat good foods so
that our body has energy. We must also move and exercise, so all of our
parts continue to work and we must sleep so that our body can repair itself.
If we stray from what our bodies are designed to do, there are prices to
pay. The price comes in the form of conditions which can be named
diagnosed and we need to also understand that these conditions don’t
fall from the sky. They come over time as a result of what you are doing
to your body, usually in your daily habits.
So to remain healthy, we need to do what we know we must do, or pay a price.
