You bet – Happiness has a big deal with your overall health!

Being unhappy or sad, go hand in hand with some pretty unhealthy habits, such as over eating, laying around all day, smoking, drinking or doing drugs.

And even without some of the unhealthy habits, depressed people have an increased chance of getting diabetes – up to 42% more likely, researchers say.

And the challenging thing to being unhappy is that it is always our choice…we may have occasions where we can slip into a state of unhappiness, but again, it is our choice to stay there.
