Aha…I use it more as a metaphor and not a measurement or ratio of time.
Using the 80/20 Rule helps you stay on plan 80% of the time and using the 20% as “wiggle room”, it allows a little freedom while slowly changing your habits, patterns and ultimately, your routine.
And the 80/20 rule can be applied to all areas of your life.
