Leaving the body.
That’s what my daughter Viki says when she works out.
She’s right, when the pain comes, it is exactly when weakness leaves the body, because when we enter the “pain state” our bodies rebuild and get stronger.
Sure helped me out. Now when I exercise, I am able to push just a bit more and take my work outs to the “Next Level”.
