The ankle bone’s connected to the…

Knee bone, and…the knee bone is connected to the thigh bone, and the thigh bone is connected to the hip bone…We’ve all heard this, and some of us grew up singing it.

The fact is, we are all connected.

So in having a challenge with one part of our body, we can focus on a remedy for the specific part, in the short term, but we have to work on the body as a whole for long term health.

For example, we can have trouble with a musculo-skeletal problem in our body, affecting a joint, but if we are not exercising or routinely, any remedy will be short term, as the joint will only work, long term, if it’s put through the proper range of motion that exercise gives it.

This goes for all challenges within our body – we can fix the problem but we must address the cause.
