Yes, it’s nice to not only simplify eating but simplify the concept of what you eat as well.
Foods can be placed in 3 categories. They either:
1. Build
2. Cleanse
3. Clog
Fruits are cleansers. Vegetables are builders and most of the other stuff is what clogs the body up.
Understanding this, some of us may want to eat some more “cleansers” to wash out some of the “cloggers”:)
Does it mean you can’t eat pizza or hamburgers with cheese-whiz?? Not at all, it just means that you need to “let ‘er rip” on those foods only 20% of the time at most to keep within the 80/20 rule, otherwise there will be repercussions to follow.
Have fun eating from the “3” food groups and in focusing on what you need to focus on.
