An employee, who recently set a 30 day goal…finally broke though.
He was admittedly poor with making goals and accomplishing what he set out to do.
And since he has been putting things off for too long, he decided to make a goal, with little hope of actually achieving it.
But he made his goal in a record breaking 45 days, and now considers himself a “Champion of Goal Reaching”!!
Pretty cool…he also let me know that “With a little perseverance and outsourcing, you can accomplish anything”.
Quite a shift in thinking…even though it was on “his time”, he did it, and it’s just the start.
