When we are busy making other plans”.
This hit me square just yesterday…before that, I was on the “Can’t wait until…”, “When this happens…”, and “Next week, I am going to…” mode.
Until my son Sam, got up early with me on a weekday, before my work and before his school…and instead of the usual things we both do separately, I asked him he wanted to sit down and have a chat.
Well, usually an 11 year old is not much for sitting down with Dad in the morning to talk, but we had the best conversation…lasted about 40 minutes and I haven’t felt that good or got that much new information from my son for as long as could remember and I loved it…and I think he did too:)
